Anyone want to help me out?

I have owned both, petrols are a bit thirsty but lower maintainance costs, good strong wagons, hard to find good clean examples now.  

i paid $2k for my petrol terrano auto, at the time the minimum price of the 2.7l diesel was about $5k.

my brother had a 2.7l d that he fitted a turbo and intercooler off a nissan skyline to it was a great 4wd done better than our mates v6 petrol one off road that is pretty bloody nice to drive on road to i must say

I have a 97 petrol terrano, 3.3l model.  Did a round 300km trip last weekend which cost $100 in petrol.

I just bought a 94 v6 petrol terrano auto as a hack to tow boat and work wagon etc.. goe,s great but definately a guzzler. just had it up on the hoists for service and is surprisingly clean no rust. only cost 3k, had new water pump and cam belt prior to purchase and also got lift kit at rear plus new chunky feet on it. Real comfy to drive i like it better than my 05 ford courier. added bonus is under the rear seats are rust free which i,ve heard are a problem with these models. just need to take for a transmission flush as the kickback is delayed somewhat and she likes to rev.

Hey mate,I am selling one at the moment and it is primo to drive,comfort is great,plenty of room,i actually really rate it for everything but i have to say man ,it is thirsty as **** and if the fuel cost is the top of ya list ,i would not recommend one of these bro,just my ten cents worth,cheers
