This one is really good, try it. My kids rate it as the best tucker.
Slice up Kahawi or any fish (Red meat removed for Kahawi) into thin slivers
Slice up heaps of onion (removes any strong tast), spring onions too if you have them.
Some garlic salt, pepper, salt
Equal parts of beer, flour and Oil depending on the amount of fish
A couple of eggs to bind
Make up a sloppy mix and cook on a hot plate untill browned on both sides

if you want to try mock whitebait fritters try 2 large potatos grated with salt and pepper with a couple of fillets of any fish thinly sliced a pinch of fresh parsley and beat up 4 to 5 eggs ad a pinch of flour add all the ingredience and cook in pan this really is nice.

Bad day out, snapper sliced thin, into egg beaten with fork, spoon into pan one dollop at a time, turn as you see it firm, minute to finish, on the plate, lemon juice, black pepper, ahhhhh.........!!!!. Small fish, entree for 3-4.
