This one is really good, try it. My kids rate it as the best tucker.

Slice up Kahawi or any fish (Red meat removed for Kahawi) into thin slivers

Slice up heaps of onion (removes any strong tast), spring onions too if you have them.

Some garlic salt, pepper, salt

Equal parts of beer, flour and Oil depending on the amount of fish

A couple of eggs to bind

Make up a sloppy mix and cook on a hot plate untill browned on both sides

Cheers Joker, that one worked for me. Gives me an alternative to smoking it.

Done the same thing after putting the Kahawai fillets through the mincer to make mock whitebait fritters.

Bad day out, snapper sliced thin, into egg beaten with fork, spoon into pan one dollop at a time, turn as you see it firm, minute to finish, on the plate, lemon juice, black pepper, ahhhhh.........!!!!. Small fish, entree for 3-4.
