![]() Yeah I thought they liked the cold water but as we know gulf is warming. Has the bottom got muddier or has the snapper numbers dropped giving the gurnard a better chance. These fish were out at the 30 metre mark in the middle of the bay. We were fishing orange kaveman tungsten jigs. Drifting really slow dragging the jigs and feeling the very little bites, then slowly lifting the jig and bang they were on. |
![]() Anything pink , about 2" long ( No , not that !) and heavy enough not to bounce dragged slowly along the bottom works . I use a silver hex ,2' , and pink with black tiger stripes on one side .
