Decided to go for a smith, just that bit lighter and shorter butt which brings the reel in a bit closer during action stations which I like........... hhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm small butts LOL

I fished the Shimano Blue Rose with PE8 on a drag upgraded OJ4000 & also fished a Synit Grey Ghost 333 with PE5 on OJ 4000 at the Ranfurly banks. My preference of the two was the Synit.
At the end of the day they both caught fish.
