Anyone play with these reels before. How do they perform?

PJay #2 Son has a little Relix LH wind low profile baitcaster spooled with 8lb braid (on a Starlo Stix softbait rod that I didn't like).  It feels a little rougher in the gears than Japanese brands, but then at $26 on TM we're not complaining.
 
He's caught some good snapper and kahawai on it, had it 8-9 months or so now, and it's same as new.  He's out on the boat with it today, actually.
 
I would definitely not pay a Buy Now price for it, but it's value for what we paid.

i bought a relix savic, caught some decent snappers and kahawai with it but occasionally had to to retighten the drag cause somehow the drag goes loose while playing the fish. also felt like it was gonna fall apart and i dont use it anymore
