What a great read. 6 years on!!!

Iv just got my hands in a 3.4 highfield ali hull inflatable with 15hp

Wondering if anyone has reinforced there inflatable lately? Has anything changed over the years

Once again awesome read and now i wish i brought a arancia haha

I haven't done it for a while, I traded up for a Zodiac 470 and instead of doing the rubber thing I commissioned a company to make a large sheet of the cooler bag material I can tie onto the front. Its clumsy and not very pretty but it works. It cost a bit less and less time to make. If I were doing a lot of rock fishing I would probably go for the rubber panels glued onto the boat option.
A king on the bricks is worth 5 in a boat.

I've recently bought this, 3.3m with 15hp mercury. Was thinking about reinforcing the front and sides maybe.
