� Fresh fish fillets
� 1/3 cup olive oil
� 2 Tblsp lemon juice
� 1 tsp grated lemon rind
� 1 clove crushed garlic
� Fresh chives (chopped)
� 1 Tblsp fresh dill (chopped)

Blend or process olive oil, lemon juice, lemon rind and garlic Grill or pan fry fish fillets until lightly browned on both sides and cooked through. Drizzle herb mix over, garnish with chives and dill. Serve with slices of tomato and lemon.
