Yeah but nearly 4 times the price , and way more importantly ,things arriving from Ali ,Temu etc are quietly slipped into the mailbox over the road and when the opportunity presents itself are then smuggled down to the shed , where as a trip to town is way harder to conceal 😁 ........up here for thinking dude 😁😁

😆😆 I built a fence 1.8m high , keeps the weather off the rhodies ,which are now higher than the fence ....and now she can no longer see the postie stuffing the goodies into the mailbox 😂😂😂 but I have my trail cam ( hidden in the afore mentioned rhodies ) bluetoothed to my phone so I can . Trail cam came from Temu too 😆😆😆.
Feckin postie dropped me in it this am tho ....turned up at the door with my new drill press clamping kit

Comes with ( white ) solar panel and some mounting options . 'Bout $100. Seems to work ok but bluetooth range aint great, 15-20m .Battery charge without panel last for days .I been taking stills for a week and still got 75%🙂

Polished up a bit more shaft to fit the bored out pulley , give the pulley a bit of dremmel too . You can see the polished bit of the shaft.
Next step was to figure out a way to locate the pulley on the shaft as there is no grub screw hole in the pulley . Part of the reason I got a pulley with a 24mm bore for a 25mm shaft was that I could get a 60mm dia pulley in 24mm but the smallest 25mm bore pulley was 73mm dia and I wanted the biggest reduction I could get ....but it doesnt really leave much meat to drill and tap a grub screw hole ....soooooo , the key you can see has been cunningly tapered ( about 15 thou from end to end ) so that I can locate the pulley on the shaft and then tap the key it and sorta wedge the pulley onto the shaft . The key was to big in both width and height so I bit of time on the linisher sorted that . Amazing just how long you can hold on to a rapidly heating bit of key steel 😁 and I had to go find it twice when it got away on me .

Thanks Smudge , I like to work with what Ive got, and I do get when you say you wouldnt do things my way but I could have started from scratch but Eddy (think about that guy that drives the forklift on bro town and you got him ....we tried to get him on Haydens ( he gave me the big pulley )fork lift but the canny bastard realised what we were up to and wasn't having a bar of it ...real funny tho 😂😂) gave me that water blaster chassis ......and the motor ...sort of ...had to cough up 50 bucks . You wouldnt want to go anywhere near it with a square or a level , and its going to be a bit top heavy ,and Im sorta making it up as I go but Im having fun and it will be durable and it will work . Funny as all hell ...Hayden , who is quite good at engineery things has inspected it at a couple of stages and been very diplomatic ( doh bro in hand )and I been looking at the log splitter he is building and ...well....we are definitely on different levels . 😀😀........

So while you have been posting nice pics elsewhere, I have posted you a bunch of fish frames - about a week ago. I would guess they have arrived by now? I was just expecting the monster burley muncher would be in business by now.
