 1 x flounder
 1 x orange
 1/2 x lemon
 1tbsp butter
 1tbsp ginger root
 salt and pepper

Take a sheet of greased tin foil, fold up edges to make a basket. Place flounder in foil, pour on juice from orange and 1/2 lemon. Break up butter, grate ginger root and spread evenly over fish. Add salt and pepper to season. Cover with sheet of tin foil and crimp edges. Place in preheated oven and bake at 190 for 20 minutes.

Enjoy!

With all the talk about flounder I just had to have some. First time I've had flounder done this way. Liked it so much I had to have two of them.
Keep knockin', nobody's home.
