Place flounder in foil, pour &#111;n juice from orange and 1/2 lem&#111;n. Break up butter, grate ginger root and spread evenly over fish. Add salt and pepper to seas&#111;n. Cover with sheet of tin foil and crimp edges. Place in preheated oven and bake at 190º for 20 minutes.<br><br>Enjoy!<br><br>With all the talk about flounder I just had to have some. First time I've had flounder d&#111;ne this way. Liked it so much I had to have two of them. <img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley2.gif"> ]]>
