There will be a few growing pains to begin with, but it's all about moving forward.

Just wait until you convince yourself that it is absolutely necessary to spend a $1000 on a rod, and you'll need at least two of them...

Wink As Neil mackellow once said "$ don't buy yards" It was actually pounds for the UK.
On a more serious note what dothe rules say about the safety aspects of the BS for shock leaders? Does the 10 to 1 rule apply? ie; 10 pounds of BS for each ounce cast? eg; 50lb for a 5 oz lead.

Looks like every .05mm is 10lb in the powerflex

We havent submited any clips as yet. Jock our casting coordinator would prefer that we all tie on at this stage as there are some dodgy clips on the market ( safty first)

Are there any rules for how long the shock leader needs to be? ie how many raps need to be on the spool for casting?

Thats what I would think is a safe margin.
Does anyone have a stock at the moment of .32 hi viz Sakuma or Ultima Distance hi viz line?
I have Sakuma .28.5 but my 6500 sized reels have the .35 Sakuma for fishing. I would like to get the .32 on my Diawa Mag/HSM combo prior to the 14th.
