im not saying thats whats going on here but its definatly possible.  it is the sort of tactic doc would pull in my opinion.  my point is though no1 will ever know who or how they got there. you cant just assume they were put there by a coarsefisher

KCT,
Hey, I just moderate the spearo section, I ain't got no jurisdiction here. I'm still entitled to an opinion though and mine is that trying to deflect blame via some DOC/ Twig and tweet/ greeny conspiracy is clutching at straws on a hitherto uncharted level of delusion.

KCT I'm just letting everyone know that this thread has caught my interest in an attempt to make people consider what they are typing before they say something stupid and get suspended.

i never said doc did this although i do think its entirely possible. all im saying is they've been in there so long now they'l never know how they got there and i doubt they'l ever get rid of them, you cant hold coarse fishers responsible for this.  Even if it was proven to be a coarse fisher(as in 1 admitted it coz its not like the cops have the skills to actually find the person responsable, if it was a person and not a bird).  Thats like saying all snapper fisherman are people that keep undersize fish or throw dead smaller legal fish back when they have there limit and want to keep bigger fish or all spearos shoot all the big breeding snapper and undersize kingfish or all hunters shoot there mates.  theres guna be people breaking the rules or doing things that people frown up on with all aspects of our sport.  A few bad apples dont make everyone involved bad. im a coarse fisher, a trout fisher, do all forms of land based saltwater fishing and a little bit of boat.  I love chasing anything with fins and people who cant appreciate all forms on fishing for what they are are missing out on a whole lot of fun. just 4 the record im not a pommy git 100% kiwi all the way and you spearos are great fun to wind the pommy gits up with. but back to the rudd once they are there they are pretty much there 4 good. spear em, foul hook them, throw bread on the surface and shoot em with shoot guns( if your not in a residential area) do what you will. they are a pest but hey so are possums, deer, rabbits etc and they're fun to "catch"(shoot) just have fun out there. and i dont think they'd be overly great berley but rudd berley would have to be better than none
