Have hooked my daughter onto fishing and she really enjoys it . The first time we went down Tamaki drive by the little bridge. She hooked a nice snapper, My daughter 23 absolutely loves fishing now... Id say catching a snapper on her first cast did it, not to mention fishing with her dad  . been out several times in the last 4 months without any success. Tried both bridges, both sides, Orakei marina, , okahu bay Have even tried night fish, Dawn fish an nothing! I'm obviously out of touch with the times..
