In smaller reels (6k) is HG or PG better for jigging? 100-250g jigs

Going to pick up a 16 BiomasterSW unless someone has a second hand stella 5k?

PG every time. It's not just about the retrieve length but a shorter retrieve makes for an easier more rhythmic jig stroke.
The additional benefit is to be able to get a wind or half a wind when hooked up to a greenback freight train. IMO

CorrectWink.........although there are many who can adjust to Hg for der riddym and some who cant............personally i cant ****ing jig with PG or Hg in spin at all LOL....hate it...prefer O/h.

Hahaha.........just be careful with your reel thats all.........you will get down quicker but there are pros and cons to both.........its all, just personal choice in the end.

Just whatever I find in the bargain bins at rod and reel haha, I have a large colelction of Swage jigs in different sizes, and bought alot of the last broken arrows from kilwell.
