In smaller reels (6k) is HG or PG better for jigging? 100-250g jigs

Going to pick up a 16 BiomasterSW unless someone has a second hand stella 5k?

Cheers

PG every time. It's not just about the retrieve length but a shorter retrieve makes for an easier more rhythmic jig stroke.
The additional benefit is to be able to get a wind or half a wind when hooked up to a greenback freight train. IMO
