one nice iced down small albe. one red onion coconut cream  tomato acid free  sea salt pepper  flour  and teaspoon of curry powder plus small amount of parsley. method take the fillets off and cut the blood line out. flour fillets and cook in a mix of clarified butter and olive oil.cook the fish until its half done then place all of the other ingredients into the pan which you have cut cook until the fish is cooked add the coconut cream when the fish is three quarters cooked. bye the way cut the fish in bite sized pieces to cook. hopefully you can follow this .
