Well all my days are rolling into one with lockdown,

Might as well smoke some marlin for something different today.
Those that say it can't be done are being overtaken by those doing it.

I just wish , for the 1st time, had some un smoked fish in the freezer...
 Never done marlin / king fish in steak slabs like that, more cut lions into chunks.
 Slow smoke? marinate?

Been in marinade for day and half, in fridge for 2 days, and came out smoker 10am.
Bloody tasty, those in my bubble were straight into it.
Those that say it can't be done are being overtaken by those doing it.
