Well all my days are rolling into one with lockdown, Might as well smoke some marlin for something different today.  ------------- Those that say it can't be done are being overtaken by those doing it. |

I just wish , for the 1st time, had some un smoked fish in the freezer... Never done marlin / king fish in steak slabs like that, more cut lions into chunks. Slow smoke? marinate? |

Been in marinade for day and half, in fridge for 2 days, and came out smoker 10am. Bloody tasty, those in my bubble were straight into it. ------------- Those that say it can't be done are being overtaken by those doing it. |
