Sorry Havok further to your enquiry. Found kingies like poppers and baits that look like the kind of fish/ bait that they would typically feed on. Not saying that they wouldn't devour anything thrown their way when they are hot on the bite. But all those fluro and bizzare looking poppers best suited for GTs IMHO. Hope that helps. Oh and enough leader for a couple of wraps around your reel and lure sitting between 1st and second guide or thereabouts when casting. Casting from rocks might be a bit different thou, I don't really know.
