Pretty much any fixed spool reel that can hold a couple of hundred mtrs of 10kg mono will be fine. In price you can pay $50-$300, you get what you pay for. Reels are one place I don't scimp on, losing a good fish to a sticky drag will cost you hundreds of $ worth of self-critism, lol.
Your rod will have a few ratings on it, sinker weight and line weight. Ideally line, rod, and reel will form a nice balance subjective to the user. heavy line weighs more and causes more friction, shortening your cast. To light causes break-offs, so line, or even a particular set up is then balanced to a particular spot or conditions. 10kg is a good all rounder, but I will use anything from 6-15 kg. A reel with spare spools is good for this.

Hey K, I got back in at 8pm with a 4kg rig. Lost another right beside the beach of about 8kg. Get into it! 

Get a long cast reel, you will better off for it :)

If you really want to make a long cast reel and 150-200mtrs every time, get one of these
