required fish 250grams per person. or more if you can eat it. place pieces in a shallow oven tray. add a pinch of sea salt over them add the juice of one lemon and do the same. add half a cup of white wine into the dish.next step put oven on at 180deg . next step dice up half a red onion plus half a red and green capiscum. plus a small amount of spring onions. place in a bowl add six table spoons of olive oil plus half a cup of panko bread crumbs and the same amount of grated cheese. mix this together add a teaspoon of salt and cracked pepper. cover each fish piece with the mixture and bake for ten minutes or so. it will come up with a golden top.  note dont use any other bread crumbs these are the best any good  asian food shops sell them.
