    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.fishing.net.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=53296">cod</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 4796<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12 May 2004 at 6:30pm<br /><br /><P>required fish 250grams per pers&#111;n. or more if you can eat it. place pieces in a shallow oven tray. add a pinch of sea salt over them add the juice of &#111;ne lem&#111;n and do the same. add half a cup of white wine into the dish.next step put oven &#111;n at 180deg . next step dice up half a red &#111;ni&#111;n plus half a red and green capiscum. plus a small amount of spring &#111;ni&#111;ns. place in a bowl add&nbsp;six table spo&#111;ns of olive oil plus half a cup of panko bread crumbs and the same amount of grated cheese. mix this together add a teaspo&#111;n of salt and cracked pepper. cover&nbsp;each fish piece with the mixture and bake for ten minutes or so. it will come&nbsp;up with a golden top.&nbsp; note d&#111;nt use any other bread crumbs these are the best any good&nbsp; asian food shops sell them.&nbsp;</P>]]>
