Costa Rica is deeded an amazing fishing destination, for many people look to go in certain months when there are better chances to catch marlin and some others looking to catch more fish no matter what, you can say the central pacific area can provide a great time some of the best months are, January, February, March, and middle of April, here is a calendar https://www.costaricafishingexperts.com/costa-rica-fishing-species/ you can check, but in my opinion February is one of the best months for bill fishing in Costa Rica and is not the busiest month of year which is good for those looking some space alone the waters
