If you are familiar with Malaysian or Singaporean cuisine chances are you definetly have tasted many times Bak Kwa (Chinese pork jerky) if not I would highly recommend.  
Last weekend i've made some and i'm pretty sure it will go nicely on next fishing tripsWink
