Place blue cod on baking paper on an oven tray or in oven dish
Brush fish with oil then tartare sauce.

MIx together

  • fresh brown bread crumbs (3 slices toast bread)
  • a handful of hard grated cheese(tasty or parmesan)
  • a pinch of paprika
  • zest and juice of one lime.

Bake until crust is golden.

I have also used sweet chilli sauce instead. (In which case omit the paprika)
