Vacuum packing on the boat
Step 1: Place seafood in snaplock bag and seal bag almost completely.
Step 2: Push bag under water and massage bag to remove any air bubbles. The water pressure forces the air out the small gap.
Step 3: Just before the bag is completely immersed, close the last small gap.
