Here's a few ideas for a fizz boat.
More Room in the cockpit
I've attached my chilly on the back of the transom with some strong bungee cord and clips - it's great fish-bin and saves space in the cock-pit. It doesn't get in the way and even if it's a family day out it's good for drinks and food.
As it's removavble, easy to remove and clean. With some simple plumbing it becomes a livebait tank for gamefishing if you don't have one as standard.
Side pockets
In rough weather in a small boat it's hard to keep everything in the sidepockets dry, especially near the stern. The drop-curtains are a winner - just some clear plastic on a caravan awning runner - will only take your local boat canvas bloke a few minutes to knock up (rod-holders need to have caps to keep it all totally weatherproof)
Terminal tackle and rigs
I've also had a unit made for storing terminal tackle and rigs - it can be easily removed and rinsed in fresh water at the end of the trip and left in the sun to dry - front is clear plastic so you can easily see what you're looking for and backing is plastic mesh.
