I know the northland and whangarei kayak fishing club is no more , but is there any group out there who get together informerly for trips etc , ?  I have been fishing from my kayaks for around 15 years now , but am less and less inclined to venture out solo now. I dont do the long paddle missions any more  , just close costal and harbor ... anyone in similar circumstances ?
