Hey guys

I have been in contact with Rick Pollick and looking at an option to do 4 days on Pursuit chasing Kings and Puka etc in mid July. I am looking at doing a 4 day trip for possibly 6 - 8 people and also looking to try and stretch through a weekend so we don't loose to much work time (if possible Rick has suggested to be flexible so we can get better weather). So far i possibly have 3 keen maybe 4.

The amounts are as follows:
8 people: $375 each a day
6 people: $400 each a day (will double check)

At this stage I am looking for interest in this trip and if we have enough interest I will book the trip as soon as possible so we dont miss out on the dates.

Let me know either by PM or post on here.

Thanks guys

Okay boys so dates i have from Rick (this is as at 12 February 2013)

June 26 to July 5th.
and
July 11 - 21st.

For some reason i would rather July (just giving myself a wee bit more time to organise things but can change if needed).

For me i am flexible as i would like the trip to be as enjoyable as possible. But I do understand other situations as in needing to have set dates.

thanks kingy slayer,

having the trip over the weekend with only two days off work sounds good.

on another tangent, there are not a whole lot of gts in raro, if you can go to aitutaki instead, much better for gts!

I am a definite Aaron if there is an opportunity; my preference is also July.
Chance to stretch the MC and the 3 Kings Special.
Happy to throw down some dollars to hold a bunk :)

Bump.... and update

So by the looks of it we have so far dead keen for this trip:

Kingslayer (me)
Kelly
The Apprentice
Tipper
Structfab (however he is focusing on 3 kings in April for now and then will let me know his position but for now he says he is very keen).

If anyone else is dead keen ill be penciling this in and then asking for 1/3 deposit from everyone as a thats what Rick requires to lock it in. The prices for 6 people are $405 each (sorry for the $5 error). If we get more that is all good with us as like i said i plan on shooting this trip so that will releive any pressure on maximum numbers of fishing at once.

I am still trying to get more details from Rick, it is a a little hard as he is out a lot at the moment so just being patient at the moment to get more specifics. But as Rick has stated he suggests that we are quite flexible in our dates to allow for best weather window for fishing etc...

Hey Kezza mate, if your down please let me know mate. Cheers bro.

So for all you guys who are not so sharpe on MATHS here are the numbers

4 days with 6 people = $405
so $1620 each and 1/3 having a deposit of $540 each to lock in trip.

4 days with 8 people = $375
so $1,500 each and 1/3 having a deposit of $500 each to lock in trip.

Cheers

Rick has just got a hold of me and given a date of 10th July to 20th July. Rick is hauling the boat out on the 22nd and 23rd. Well around there.

So for dates i was thinking the following:
Thrusday the 11th - Sunday 14th or
Friday 12th - Monday 15th or
Saturday the 13th - Tuesday 16th

Rick requires 1/3 of the trip 3 months prior to commencement and the balance at the trips conclusion. So that is around April the 11th.
