Simple question, ive seen squid before and dad loves them but how do you iki the fish/whatever it is?

Use the  end of the  spear , right between the eyes. The same 4 octopus.

Is there any way to attach the squid to the float line or just put the fish threader through the hole i make with the shaft?

I sometimes cut off the top cm of the tube/main body of the squid and then thread the stringer on the floatline up through the body and out the top... Holds them on the floatline pretty good...

Yes its cold... no I dont care that you feel the cold easily... no we can't get out....

Was in wellys last couple of days took the young fella to the museum. would love to see someone tuck the te papa squid up their jacket
all 390 odd kg of him!!
