Baked snapper fillets

I have recently introduced lindy to baked snapper fillets and she says its the shizz, and it only takes 15.

even bushie can cook this

get a dish that the fish will fit into nicely, a medium sized lasagne dish is what i use.

butter the bottom to the dish, grind pepper and salt in the dish and slap in the fish.....grab the trusty tuscan seasoning sprinkle the desired amount on and throw in some garlic but not too much as itll kill the herb flavour, a couple more chunks of butter and sprinkle with cheese.

cover with tin foil and bake for fifteen or until cooked

easy blinnking peasy

vegeis in my garden are massive...ive got this gardening thing sorted out...im going to let youin on a big secret mr connor..

the secret is...leave the bloody garden alone and go fishing, then when you get home everything is overgrown and massive and the fish frames just get swallowed by the gone to seed silverbeet, parsley and capsicums...the neighbours dont like it much tho, bit smelly...
