I understand they ain't biodegradable. Do you reckon they'll be more durable than the biodegradable ones Bushy?

You are right they are not. Hard to say if they would be or not. I know that they rubber SP's I brought back from Aussie a couple of years ago didnt stand up to reef fish any better than the biodegradable ones you get here.

They are due in the country next week, then will have to be distributed to stores. I have a few to try, and half heartedly gave them ago on the weekend for not much, only caught one legal snap between 2 of us all day anyway. Militaris they are imported by allied outdoors, website www.alliedoutdoors.co.nz but you wont find them on there yet, they have a whole page add in the New Zealand fishing news this month, shows a few of the colours but not much of there range....

That ad doesn't do the products too much justice I wouldn't think. The packs are computer generated mock ups rather than actual product shots and are a little dark.

Some of the colours sound interesting. Can't wait to see the 'cooked chook'.

Saw a pic of Ben from the Bait Station holding a couple of packs in the shop on page 99 of the new Coast to Coast mag. Sorry if this is advertising too just shoot me!

Will be going there tomorrow for a squizz.

Went to the Bait Station on Saturday to have a squizz. Was blown away by the selection and had to force myself to leave with three packs rather than one of each as I would have liked (monthly pay is a b*tch and it's not payday till this Wednesday). Great selection of colours (think it was around 12 different colours in the shad pattern) in 6" with a couple on 4" also swim tails, worms and crabs.

Pack of four retails for $10, so not the cheapest but if they are as durable as they claim then not bad. Although being a regular customer and all I got mine for $8.

As far as looks go these would be top of the heap.

Can't wait to see how they perform.
