Does such a thing exist? looking at 8 strand noeby from marine deals and 9 strand from discount fishing supplies both at around 100 notes for 1km of 80lb. Going on a 2nd hand rig with electric reel that will only come out of the shed 3x times a year at a guess so not wanting to spend big $

Any advice greatly received thanks in advance

Flick us a PM yerimaginagrym8, have got some braid here, unused that that could work.
Those that say it can't be done are being overtaken by those doing it.

I have bought cheap braid off temu , big stuff 50-80Lb and am quite happy. The only bitch is that one lot   ( 1 orange for her and blue for me ) is that after spooling the reels I had a bit of the colouring agent powder on fingers , but it didnt loose any more once fishing and the braid has stayed well coloured.
I have bought one roll of 4lb braid for my ultralite trout rod and apart from me over filling the spool (a few tangles😁) it is working well. The 4lb stuff is mid brown and didnt shed any colourant .
I wish I was young again .... Id be heaps smarter than this time
