Wondering if anyone has had this problem and been able to fix it?

Powers on and winds up but only clicks when wanting to go down. I had a wee fiddle with the drag pressure screw and have now taken anchor off. Sprayed CRC down sides of the chain griping winch part last night….luckily it worked on our overnighter as got to our anchorage in dark and would have been 2 hours in the dark to go home.
