Got a good window for a shot wide today, after a very hard rough day yesterday.  On a Herus stick bait, and a personal best for Sam on top water. It took Green Mackeral looking thing. Not a soul to be seen anywhere, just a wee small boat and a good plan.

Good work young fella ! It was about this time last year that things stared to fire up on the surface out that way. Was there much action on the top ? Im trying to decide which way to go tomorrow Schooner or Mayor????

I heard Schooner was better early, we were at Penguins for 4 dead hours so went to Mayor which was quiet, but came good late.  Sounds like Schooner is still the pic

Cheers for that info I think we'll head out from the Cut early get some terakihi for the table off Town Point and then hit Schooner to give the arms a work out.
