Righto what's the bizzo?

All my tackle stores only sell 4,5,6 ounce sinkers yet I see tourney casters talking in 100, 125 grams etc.

Is this part of the aligning the NZ rules with the rest of the world (that I think I read about somewhere)? (I can only find oz's and their grams on the NZACA website)

If so, where do we get these metric weights from?

Cheers

B

Yep its to bring us in line with the rest of the world.

Tackletactics sell the leads just drop them an email for what you want and Phill will get you sorted.

Not on their web store yet I think.

So if I'm going to my first casting day what weights should I take with me?

What ever you like casting the best + one other to figure out how to cast that better.

Some events are cast what you like others are 100/125 or 150 /175 etc
Once you match up a light line and light lead they really fly .

Good morning to all you worm killers. Tackle Tactics now have a range of NZACA approved casting weights on line in the sinker section.
