Hi there,

I've got a jigstar shadow z-5 reel, which I use for jigging, it's great except that the drag loosens when jigging. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem? and how they fixed it.

Simply return the reel to the retailer you bought from and they will return to BCS for servicing.

I experienced that with a JM PE7, wasn't much later that the drag washers required replacing as the drag was all but gone.

these are a limited edition reel.  Just seeing how they fare after a summer.
