If you can do it, have both like I do..best of both worlds. The boat is best when you want to spend a day out with mates and is the most social option. However the jetski is fast, fuel efficient and gives you the adrenaline fix on the way to the fishing grounds. I love the jetski, been doing it for only a couple of years but wouldn't trade it for anything. I also wouldn't trade my boat, it's far ,ore comfortable but it's also a big effort to take it out compared to the quick trips I can do on the ski at a moments notice. If I had to choose 1 only, would keep the ski simply because of the pure fun it gives me and that I get out on the water more frequently on the ski.. Hope that helps.
