Hi guys,
Just a quick question, have heard different things out there, but just wanted to get some expert help on the real differences between casting braid and say braid used for jigging.
of course casting braid should in theory cast much better etc, but what are the difference in line qualities that make it different? Eg. Stiffer ? Larger diameter? Smoother to touch (yes I am still talking about braid not women)?
any help appreciated!

Depends on the brand, For YGK The castiing braid is 20% thiner and 20% stronger for the diameter than jig braid,  it is also white with 10m markers, white for better Uv as it spends its time on top of the water.
The casting braid is softer feel / touch, but a tighter weave for abrasion resistance.
Casting braid does last/ wear better than jigging braid.
 Cheers
If there is doubt, there is no dobut.
