I've changed my broadband supplier and have changed email address.

Problem being try to update my email address in profile and it won't let me.

Help please.

I have the same problem as this fella, but no response was the stern reply....

I get to the part where you are told to edit My Profile but all that does is take you to Create a New Profile and you get told "that profile is already taken.' Helpful. Not.
