When wet lining on the Tonga I factor in to break off about 10 flies on snags on a bad day.    So I don't spend a lot of time on a fly.    The burglars take about 6-7min and a no waste globug (my mates timed me) takes 55 seconds.    Last year I was fishing the Lower Bridge Pool when the guy in front of me broke off seven flies on the same snags that have claimed a lot of mine.     Later on we shared a cuppa when I saw he was swinging Intruders, which had cost him $6 each.     That must have hurt!!!!
Some people buy their flies and understandably go to great pains to unhook a fly off a snag.    They wade out up to their tits right where the fish were holding.    I have even seen them frantically poking the rod down into the snag to free the fly thereby risking the delicate rod tip.     All for a fly that only takes a few minutes to tie and to me is barely worth 50 cents.    Go figure???

Cheers and use your enforced home detention to replenish your fly boxes
