Trying to post this again, as mods locked it last time for some reason...?

Which islands around the north of the north island allow you to go camping for a reasonable price? I know about urupukapuka and mayor island... Any others?

Motuora island has a DOC campground with basic facilities. Great fishing and kiwi-spotting at night.
