After some advice....

Am going to replace my BFP-60 engine and gear oil myself this year.  Appears easy enough to do and I've part-done the same in a Yamaha outboard 

I want to replace the plug o-rings and washers as part of this.

Trying to find Honda Outboard parts in NZ seems to be a bit of a nightmare.  Honda says go through a dealer.  Dealers websites anyway seem more geared towards wanting to service your outboard themselves rather than supply parts.

I've found the part numbers I need.  Is there anyone with a Honda outboard  who can suggest where to get these from in NZ.   These are small items, am happy to pay a premium to get a genuine item rather than a potentially dodgy ali-express sourced knock off supplied through amazon etc...

Any help much appreciated.

Try prompt parts in Manukau,deal in almost all brands

Thanks, yep they've got the o-ring generic replacement, but not the 10 and 12mm drain plug washers.  I presume these are just generic washers but its hard to find any info to confirm this.  Trade me has 10 for a few $ for the specific part number who knows what they are made from I'm not going to risk that.  Have found some sites in Aus that sell them but info locally very difficult.  

Honda as a brand seems especially closed shop when it comes to parts.  Wish I'd researched that before I brought it.

Just ring your local dealer or go in and see them. I've ordered a complete service items list from them and they're only too happy to help. I then asked them to order some other stuff like engine cowling trim that needed to be replaced and they did that promptly. They were very good to deal with. Specifically in my case The Boat Place, Tauranga. They were great to deal with. 

Although drain plug washers are simple. I suggest aluminum ones, Repco/Supercheap would have them. Copper doesn't play nice with stainless, not sure about aluminum.

Have actually had a helpful response from Woodbine Marine this afternoon so looks like I can get what I need.

Also just in case others find this useful, found this overseas site that has all the parts diagrams and parts numbers.

I just bought 5 stainless drain / fill screws with some sort of plastic sealing washer ..... for 7 bucks off Aliexpress
There are heaps of good parts available from such suppliers , and I suspect that a fair few of these parts are supplied to manufacturers as original parts . Honda dont make drain screws any more than they make cambelts , gaskets , sparkplugs or fuel / oil filters . Save yourself some money 

I wish I was young again .... Id be heaps smarter than this time
