HI guys

im planning on heading to petone wharf tomorrow for a few hours just seeing if anybody has any info on how to fish it? bait,gear,best times to fish and that kinda stuff.

any info would be much appreciated.

Burley up a storm. Pillies usually fish really well. A **** load of kahawai in the harbour at the moment chasing anchovies so kahawai will be a staple catch. Also a chance of gurnard and snapper at this time of year and with lots of burley.
