Hi have recently moved to st heliers and thinking of getting a tractor to launch my 8m tinny of the beach ,not seen to many other boats launched from there does anyone know what is like at low tide ? Will I get the tractor stuck is it firm ground?it looks like its shallow for a fear distance

Drop Far Quirk (Geoff) on here a PM and he should be able to give you the current status of the ramp. It used to be my local before I moved away 2 years ago.

I don’t believe a tractor will go down well with the locals and you will have all kinds of hassles trying to find suitable parking.
