So the slippery slope New Zealand is going  down  just got a little bit steeper.

Vote Gives No Clear Mandate for Hauraki Gulf Proposal - Gulf Users Group


The Hauraki Gulf Forum  has voted  11 - 7 in favour  of recommending legislative changes  to enable  " Co-Governance with Mana Whenua and others "
of the  Hauraki Gulf Marine Park.
