May be it's just me but there's something not quite right about the guy leading the marathon rolling around the ground in obvious distress whilst everyone stands by and does Jack.

I get the bit about not interfering with athletes but surely there's a common sense approach as well.

I struggle with the games committee rationale for the delay getting medical assistance to Scottish athlete - we try and cover as much of the course as possible. Hard case given they had no trouble having a camera crew in his face.
