I remember somebody posting on here having trouble with this knot....so i had a go at home video (so to speak)......I apologise for the poo quality but i hope it helps clarify the knot a bitWink
Had to go on you tube as it wouldnt download on here.

Deleted due to obscene close up crotch shots only suitable for hot asian chicks.Wink
