i am a learn how is 13 and i am looking for a school in chch that does one on one lessons

Best thing would be to join the Canterbury Flyfishers club. i can supply contacts if you don;t have them. I also know a couple of folks down there who would probably be willing to help you out, but I'd try the club first.
